About Structure Property Management

Real estate geeks that we are, we’re excited to tackle your needs. Whether you have one apartment or 50, currently own property or are just looking to get into the game – or just want to talk real estate over a beer – we’re your guys.

A graduate of University of Wisconsin-Stout, Tom is a licensed Wisconsin real estate broker. Having previously worked in property management capacities for some of the largest firms in Wisconsin, including Gorman & Company and The Oakbrook Corporation, Tom is an expert in the industry.

Also a licensed Wisconsin real estate broker, Jon’s been in the Milwaukee real estate game since 1998. Drawing experience from previous roles as a corporate ideas guy, he’s ready to focus on what he really loves and, you guessed it, that’s real estate.

In fact, we both quit the corporate world to start Structure Property Management. Every day we get to help people with their real estate investments, whether it’s consulting, leasing, managing, buying or selling, is a good day – and we figured, why not start our own company and make every day awesome? Our idea of a good time is helping others get into real estate and we’re constantly looking for new ways to make what we do even better.

And, when we’re not doing real estate stuff, we do other pretty cool stuff (at least we think so).

Tom once built a house literally with his own two hands from the foundation up. He’s also a licensed pilot (almost) and a former motorcycle racer. We use the word former because his wife won’t allow it anymore.

Jon was a collegiate rower at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Like Tom, he has a hobby his wife isn’t too crazy about either – mountain bike racing – although he still gets away with it--for now.
